Return and Refund Policy
At Luxury Wigs by Annie, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- It has not been worn, brushed, dyed, or altered in any way
- All original tags are attached
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on wigs that have been worn, washed, or handled.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Sale Items Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error.
